As a Design-Build technology integrator we implement 7 phases through the course of a project from concept through to completion. Careful thought and attention is given during each step to ensure you receive a solution tailored to your needs, delivering all the benefits you require.
1. Discovery
The first step is to meet for a personalised consultation. We listen to your needs to determine what functionality is to be achieved through the technology. During this time we will discuss new technical innovations, design elements, end-user experience, and budget. A site survey will then provide us with insights into the architectural and environmental elements of the project.
2. System Proposal
We then give you a tailored proposal that summarises the functionality, key components, and equipment necessary for the project. This will also include a total cost summery.
NOTE: TCQ provides the personalised consultation and system proposal free of charge. Once the go-ahead is given, we will commence with the project development phase.
3. Project Development
This step builds on the system proposal and covers the high-level design. We will work closely with everyone involved to work out the finer details, including equipment placement and infrastructure requirements. This stage is crucial to keeping our clients fully informed and involved in all aspects of decision making.
4. Detailed Design
This is where the design truly comes together. We produce all visual documentation such as equipment layouts, rack elevations, system schematics and cable schedules. Drawings are detailed to a component level enabling a streamlined installation process.
5. Pre Acceptance Testing
During this step systems are built off-site to effectively test, program, and debug prior to delivery. This approach prevents time consuming on-site troubleshooting and streamlines commissioning and handover.
6. System Installation
This step involves the installation of the entire system in accordance with the design documentation. Once the system is installed and configured, the final commissioning is conducted to guarantee complete project compliance and functionality. This is to ensure the parameters of the original system design, including any agreed modifications, have been met.
7. Post Installation
Once your system is up and running, the final step of the process involves training the end user in the operation of the system. As-built documentation and user manuals will also be handed over and upon client sign-off, we then initiate all manufacturers warranties, plus our full 2 year installation warranty.
